Micro management and a lot of meetings

hours, salary, food, office and that is about it.

Cons

micro management, excessive meetings, no 401K match, all promotions are made amongst friends internally, no room for growth unless you are with the in-crowd, pressure to constantly follow up with prospects with high potential of losing the business (and when you do, the manager blames you even though you were doing as you were told).

Could be worse, but could definitely be better.

Positive culture if you are performing well. Huge potential, monopoly on the market and rapidly expanding.

Cons

Sales culture is get your numbers or get out. If you’re not hitting your number, make more calls. Little focus on personal development. SDRs are paid way below the market standard, often by $10-20k.
