      Pros

      OwnBackup truly provides the pros from working at a big company while also delivering on the pros that would come from working at a smaller organization. In addition to creating a sense of security through transparency, the main pro is that there are ample career growth and development opportunities within the organization. You truly see the impact of your contribution while working and get valuable practical experience, while still receiving the perks of a large company such as unlimited PTO. What makes this place the best place I have ever worked at is simply the people. They are talented, experienced, dedicated, and overall fun to be around.

      Cons

      If I really dug deep, I could probably find a con to pick at because no Company is perfect. However, the fact that I would really have to dig to respond to this question demonstrates there is nothing worth noting.

      Open communication

      Pros

      I feel like I always have a voice when communicating my concerns. The leadership team is willing to hear me out and understand my story when I bring something to their attention.

      Cons

      At times it feels like there are lots of cliques. There are folks that have been here for a while that have formed really strong bonds with other co-workers and while that is good, its just hard for new folks starting sometimes.
