      Pros

      Onboarding - really solid approach to getting new hires successfully ramped. Sales Process - there is one (!) and it works; it works brilliantly. This hugely supports the success of the business and individuals. Leadership - smart, personable, driven, human. Great team. Values - OwnBackup wants this to be the best job I ever had and they're doing a darned good job of making it so.

      - OwnBackup is on an incredible trajectory, yet is managing the growth well - Great vision and execution - Customers are huge advocates because technology performs as advertised and provides immediate value - Very strong managers who show true interest in employees - Nice people across the board, dedicated to helping each other - Powerful sales team and support team

      Pros

      Working here has given me a sense of accomplishment. I feel as though the work I do on a day to day basis helps drive results and has a real impact. My colleagues are some of the best and smartest in the industry. Truly feel lucky to be here.

      Cons

      Like with any startup, there are bumps along the road because we are growing at such a rapid pace. So if you are not ready to work hard and adapt to a quickly changing environment this is not the place for you.
