Pros

When I first started I was amazed at the team work and how wonderful and helpful everyone was. That all changed after a mass exodus of all The management. I would say it’s an ok starter job if you want to get into research. There are many other very genuinely good people that work there. The benefits I think are decent. The pay was ok, but not great. They have reviews twice per year and let’s just say pennies for raises. But they have other perks. They do give bonuses. The company is giving a extra bonus to help with inflation. It is very diverse, which is great.

Cons

After the mass exodus of every manager and a few others, the coordinators that had been there the longest automatically moved into management positions. Several were definitely not management material at all. The entire dynamics changed. Certain co-workers and managers became bullies, outcasting others, only helping people in their clicks. A particular manager, that has no business being a manager, gossips and bad mouths to other co-workers about others personal business, spread rumors, talks poorly to other co-workers. She makes provoking comments when she doesn’t like you. There is so much distracting socializing and upper management wonders why mistakes are occurring. The bad workers are catered to and the people that try to focus and work hard are pushed out. It is, for me and my experience, a toxic environment. It use to be amazing, but certain managers left that were wonderful and kept everyone straight by leading by example and working hard with us. It has completely changed and many others are very unhappy and looking for jobs. So there should be plenty of openings becoming available.
