PPD is an amazing company to work for. The truly care about their employees both personally and professionally and provides tons of resources to help their employees stay healthy physically, emotionally and mentally. They start you off on the right foot with an amazing training program and and I could not be happier with the team I work with. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. PPD provides numerous opportunities for growth and your managers will guide you on building the skills you need for where you want to go.
Cons
Other CROs may pay more but PPD has the company culture and work life balance that for me, keeps PPD as my home.
