Pros
Supportive management team and growth potential. Also great team work across functional groups. Within my functional group, have found that most employees are also willing to help each other and guide newer staff in navigating sometimes complex processes.
Cons
High pressure work at times, with very tight timelines. A lot of processes to learn. Some of the processes are not clearly outlined and can be confusing.
