      Good pay and No micromanaging. You have to be independent and responsible

      Cons

      You'd have to blow your own trumpet to be recognized. You sometimes feel underappreciated with empty promises from the management.

      Pros

      Good working environment, people for the most part seem happy to be there.

      Cons

      as IT work from Home is not something that is implemented although the capability is there. once the pandemic lessens we will probably be back in the office unable to be permeant work from home.
