Business Outlook
Pros
Everyone is very nice and always willing to lend a helping hand. Management is understanding and for the most part very nice. Paid time off is generous. 401K matching is decent - match half up to 6%. Turnover rate is moderate, but from my experience, they try to retain very good employees.
Cons
It is a big company, so it can be easy to feel small sometimes. Overtime (without pay) is expected if needed, though it is not often.
