Business Outlook
Pros
I happen to have a really great line manager. Work life balance is good. One WFH day. Flex schedule (you can pick your hours). A great place to gain experience as they will hire with no prior clinical experience.
Cons
Paid very little in comparison to other CROs. Promotion based which is ok, but the yearly raises are small so if you're looking to move fast and make good money, this isn't the place. Office morale is low because they have cut back so much on budget. Also a lot of tasks within this position have been taken away from American employees and outsourced to India, Mexico and Bulgaria.
