Pros

One work from home day and onsite medical for simple issues. Good department management, but there is only so much they can do, promotion guidelines are set by HR and others higher up.

Cons

High turn over, low raises and bonus (the pay and bonus are degrading compared to the work and BS degrees in the department). Lowest pay in the industry by 5K -7K per year, work unpaid overtime to keep your job in good shape. PTO is solid, but your work suffers while you are away.

You never work late and can leave at 4pm on the dot. Pto is amazing and you can take off whenever you want.

Cons

Sometimes studies are a mess and out of control. You’re expected to get a lot done in a short amount of time

Room for growth, great benefits, and overall good company. Your team mates are always helpful and willing to train on what your weaknesses are which was a plus for me.

Cons

Pay was reasonable and could be better but raises are given Faced on performance and knowledge that is learned wow gaining experience.
