Good Company with various career development opportunities if you stick to the company for some period.

Cons

Training bond. (you have to sign a training bond while joining and as per the terms you have to serve the company two years compulsory. If you want to break the bond you have to pay 4 months basic of your salary along with the relocation benefits, if you avail. Also you will not get any special training apart from the routine induction programme Micro management regional bias
