This company has no ethics. It violates US and foreign regulations, it treats employees and clients like commodities, and allows abuses by management. I raised ethics concerns about my boss to Senior Management and to the Ethics Committee and they were dismissed as non-existent, though they never conducted an investigation No one wants to hear about ethical violations because everyone is afarid they would be blamed for poor oversight

Too much politicking and poor leadership at the department level. There is opportunity to rise through the ranks, quickly, but ultimately, higher level opportunities are limited and not filled based on talent. Salaries are also low compared to the work asked of employees.
