Not enough support from upper management and there is a total lack of training after you get through the initial 90 day trial period

Great benefits, work life balance is amazing. Very relaxed work environment awesome place to work for people with lots of experience or someone who has no need to worry about their financial situation. Awesome place to start a career lots of experience in various different techniques.

Cons

Terrible upper management, very very bad pay for lower level analyst. No incentive for lower level analyst to stick around or work harder, unless you have no financial worries in your life. Very long a somewhat unfair process for advancement to better position, 3-5 years for a lower level analyst to reach $20 dollars an hour.
