PPD reviews

My manager was new to his position. He was extremely personable and an overall nice guy but wasn't helpful at all. He seemed overwhelmed. Other managers would sit with their new employees weekly to make sure they were comfortable and give them pointers on what they could do better or different. He never did that. He would only send emails if you did something wrong.

Poor Management, lack of room for growth. The madison area lab is not managed well, employees are not engaged, rewarded, or paid appropriately. Dont be decieved by the good reviews-they are from the corporate office which is extremely different than working in the madison lab. Favoritism is abundant, and poor management is enabled.
