      PPD laboratory operations provide an excellent place for individuals to develop skills and become a more educated researcher. Hours are flexible and the work environment is upbeat and friendly.

      Pros

      Working under a great boss is always a plus. She is understanding, gives recognition on my work, and she is open and laid back. Overall, workload is fair. I got to learn so many different techniques here. Overall, I like my work environment due to amazing boss and good coworkers.

      Cons

      You will have to perform where you want to be promoted into. Promotion will not happen unless you are already pulling that weight.
