Pros

Its a great place to get experience. Lots of young people who are eager to learn. There is a lot of opportunities to work in different departments and types of research groups.

Cons

Even for a contract research organization, they pay very little to their employees. Their HR team is pretty small, and they don't make any exceptions to their established pay grades.
