Pros

There's definitely room for upward mobility, which I have seen in the short amount of time that I've been employed at this company. They also take your goals as an employee into consideration and work to develop your resume to get where you want to be.

Cons

The company may have unrealistic timelines, but it is up to the employee to escalate those timelines and propose new ones. Other than that, I have no cons

No work/life balance Low salaries Even if you work 70-80 hours in a week, no credit at all Favoritism Departmental politics - Clinical Management and Project Management are always on conflicts One of the CRO with worst Project Management group (Only APAC) No transparency No Career development and Progression

The people seem to be very nice.

Cons

No work/life balance. If you have a lot of work, which is basically every single day of your life at PPD, chances are your manager won't approve PTO even though you really need a day off. Also, you are expected to work at 5 am frequently for the East Coast and as late as midnight for Asia. You can't say no, even if work is majorly affecting your personal life. If you speak up, your voice is not heard. Nothing changes and instead you end up being punished when it comes time for annual reviews. Also, the salary does NOT match the performance. You can be the best on your team and still be below par on salary for your region.
