Pros

Opportunities to learn the industry are good. Collegues are customer-oriented. Good place to get your foot in the door and gain experience.

Cons

Some management say they want feedback, but do not like constructive feedback. Very reactive. Promotions are available if you are a "yes" person.

Pros

- Ability to work from home - Flexible schedule - Excellent initial training, good place to start if new to the industry - Decent benefits

Cons

- Projects are consistently underbid, but nothing is done to change the bidding standards - Due to project underbids, you are forced to scrape by through the project. if you do go over budget for a month, you get calls from every department wanting to know what went wrong. Just saying that those are the hours it took to get the job done aren't enough. - While underbidding projects and limiting resources, there are constantly new quality 'initiatives' that produce more work for everyone without giving people the extra time or resources to complete the initiatives. - CRAs are stretched thin, which didn't used to be the case. CRAs and managers are now frequently assigned to multiple protocols, leading to rapid burnout and the loss of experienced staff - Low bonuses, low raises, difficult to get promotions. - If you are a fast learner who likes to move up quickly, look elsewhere. - Although management frequently touts the 'employees are important' and 'you need work/life balance' message, the reality seems quite the opposite.
