Pros

The benefits are pretty good. 401k, health insurance, paid time off, and work experience at a big company

Cons

There’s basically no room for advancement and the work is monotonous, and you’re going to be making half of the national average salary for this position while the expectations are still very high

Pros

- Corporate culture - Benefits/ Pay (comparatively locally, with the exception of Rx benefits) - Growth Potential and Leadership opportunities - Management Support - Food Trucks daily (@ HQ)!!! You can tell that the company wants and will only hire a certain type of person; people who are ambitious and have a sense of integrity when it comes to their work. When you work with people like this, it creates an environment in which you enjoy working and learning.

Cons

- Hard to manage work-life balance at times - Some of the tech platforms we use are outdated - Lack of clarity when it comes to job-roles/ responsibilities with similar functions - Prescription Benefits (outsourced and really leave much to be desired) - Seems like there has been a lot of change in upper level management recently... Without a clear explanation - Training for job roles could be more personal (not computer-based), allowing for a more in-depth and comprehensive review. RSM- Specific: - More and more is being asked of our role as RSMs for monitoring purposes for "oversight" and "progress review;" but, in reality, this takes away valuable time that could be spent on critical and important study tasks (e.g. weekly metrics reports for the new RSM Tool can and should be pulled by the Line Managers, since they are the ones who have to report those numbers.) - Expectations seem to change frequently. Job tasks which have been completed have to be reported so that they can be accounted for ("if it's not documented, it didn't happen.") The who/ what/ where/ when/ why/ and how of this changes on what seems like a monthly basis, if not more frequently.
