- Hard to manage work-life balance at times
- Some of the tech platforms we use are outdated
- Lack of clarity when it comes to job-roles/ responsibilities with similar functions
- Prescription Benefits (outsourced and really leave much to be desired)
- Seems like there has been a lot of change in upper level management recently... Without a clear explanation
- Training for job roles could be more personal (not computer-based), allowing for a more in-depth and comprehensive review.
RSM- Specific:
- More and more is being asked of our role as RSMs for monitoring purposes for "oversight" and "progress review;" but, in reality, this takes away valuable time that could be spent on critical and important study tasks (e.g. weekly metrics reports for the new RSM Tool can and should be pulled by the Line Managers, since they are the ones who have to report those numbers.)
- Expectations seem to change frequently. Job tasks which have been completed have to be reported so that they can be accounted for ("if it's not documented, it didn't happen.") The who/ what/ where/ when/ why/ and how of this changes on what seems like a monthly basis, if not more frequently.
