Good Start for someone just getting out of college . Helpful Co-Workers

Cons

Advancement Job Functions are too narrowly focused (limited exposure to other aspects of clinical trail administration) Pay is AWFUL (can make more or the same money without the stress almost anywhere else) Role redundancy Promotions mean leaving the company or department (IMO)
