Pros

Exceptionally flexible with time off and start times for daily shifts. Quite good insurance. For a single HMO insurance plan, Dental is $16/mo, and Health is $35/mo. Friendly environment as well. Time off is 17 days at start date, 20 at 3 years and 25 days at 4 years.

Cons

Pay is slightly low compared to other companies (Catalent/Exact Sciences). Can be quite stressful at times depending on your role/team. The training program is very unorganized and confusing.

Cons

Just cannot get their salaries adjusted within the industry. Often paying new hires more than current employees!

Pros

This is a good place to get your foot in the industry door. It’s like a boot camp for clinical research. Do it for 6months- a year then go somewhere else that will pay more and will be more pleasant.

Cons

A lot more work than you get paid for. Highly stressful, no work life balance. There are other sites and CRO’s that are way better to work at.
