Fine company. Pride in studies.

Cons

I experienced trouble getting promoted. It seemed that the only way to get promoted + pay increase was to leave and come back to company. Very little support from management in seeking other opportunities

Amazing team, not only study teams, but line manager team. Real career development opportunities. Open comunication and position tasks responsibility.

Cons

High workload and different sponsor rules which do not align with some company rules, what makes necessary frequent alignments among teams. Excessive use of email (some emails could be sent by internal chat tool).

Excellent work-life balance, I can get all the training and job experience I need from home! They provide you all the equipment you need to be an effective team member.

Cons

RSM-L is a fully-remote job. So if you are very extroverted or didn’t grow up playing online video games (virtual experience) this might not be the job for you. You will be home A LOT.
