Very inflexible working hours
Working overtime is required nearly daily. Expect to work late into the evening for no extra compensation or no ability to leave early later in the week to compensate for extra time worked during the week.
Mangers treat employee with no respect. If you make a mistake they typically throw you under the bus to save their own skin. This sort of blame culture is rampant in PPD.
Really toxic culture of cliques within the office which makes fitting in as a new employee extremely difficult.
No sense of comradery, solidarity or team spirit in the company.
Breaks are at a minimum. Managers will overload you with work rather than hire more staff and to cover their own back they insist you take your two breaks a day meanwhile you are working at least two or three hours of unpaid overtime a week just to get your work finished.
Once you become a pernament employee there is still no paid overtime.
