Pros
Compensation adequate and flexibility is visible. Continued company growth leading to confident job security. Good exposure to wide variety of tasks and if willing you can become involved in wide variety of tasks. Recent push for globalisation of effective systems has led to improvements in technology.
Cons
Lacking career structure in several departments. Recent visible loss of excellent long serving staff over lack of career opportunities or recognition of role undertaken. Promotions appear to be possible for higher ranking but lower levels asked to cut costs and reduce promotion opportunities as cost savings. Continued miss match between opportunities in parent country and the rest of the world.
