      Pros

      Flexibility is great. Management is great. I really enjoy the laid back atmosphere of the headquarter office. The perks are fun - pop up surprises, company cookouts, etc. great benefits. Amazing training.

      Cons

      Heavy workload. Low pay rate in comparison to similar companies. Difficult for quick advancement. Lots of overlap with the different jobs with no clear guidelines.

      PTO comparable to other companies

      Cons

      Very high turnover. Poorly defined and documented processes and procedures. Processes and systems do not allow for efficient documentation of pertinent information and action, which leads to repeat requests, reinventing the wheel and upset customers.

      Supervisors try too hard to be your friend, forget how to give negative feedback

      Good culture, easy to form and maintain relationships. Work was sometimes dynamic

      Cons

      Management was very bad at giving feedback. Did not receive any critical or negative feedback until managers eventually approached me. Because of this, promotions and raises were not appropriately given. Management needs to stop trying to be our friends and work on building our careers.
