      Good Company with Bad Management and worse HR Dept.

      Pros

      - Company policies, cafeteria food, salary, company infrastructure etc. are some pros - Nice and flexible environment for women employees - You will get hike every year if performance is good

      Cons

      - No professional growth, wrong people are promoted - Incompetent managers, who usually bully, gaslight and micro-manage employees - Documentation team is the worst dept. they have. There are a lot of toxic seniors and managers in that team, BEWARE if you are planning to join the team.
