      1. Stress free working environment. 2. Flexible work hours. 3. Complete infrastructure support (Good solid PCs, Work from home options, dual monitors etc). 4. Good exposure to technology.

      Cons

      1. No onsite opportunities. 2. Flat hierarchy. So promotion does not mean change in roles and responsibilities.

      There are so called technical path and managerial paths for growth in QA.... rest assured if you are tech guy you wont get any thing neither will you be valued....... collaboration means do what the lead wants..... no space for tech leads...
