Interesting technology, that’s pretty much it.

Cons

They don’t innovate. All ‘innovation’ is through acquisition. After they acquire, they have you train some ‘new teams’ in India… they fire all the local staff.

Poor salary and appraisals. No technical growth. Mostly On-Prem software solutions. No new projects. Dragging the same old architecture and product. Management not good.
