      Pros

      wfh occasionally available (by need), there is always someone else that can do your work for you if you are lazy, and little to no technical knowledge required.

      Cons

      low salary ceiling, low recognition, slow movement, and culture is kinda weak. There are handfuls of employees that have no technical knowledge that you will work with daily. In addition to dealing with the same from customers.

      Not much room for advancing your career. Company is tight with salary increases & promotions. They don't do anything to reward or thank long term employees. .

      Pros

      This company is in the midst of a major transition from PLM to Internet of Things. They are big and influential enough to affect the thinking of the whole industry. Opportunities in this new area of focus should be stimulating and fast-paced in a rapidly growing space. Leadership has bold ideas and generally good instincts on strategy. Generally high performance, intelligent employees.

      Cons

      Not a lot of loyalty to the employee. A number of cases in recent years in which the quarterly earnings focus caused short term thinking and actions affecting personnel. Portions of executive suite tend to be dominated by politics and alliances over results and logic. To succeed, employees must focus on alliances with key influencers across organization. Tends to over-promise to customers in order to secure short term revenue. Also management-heavy.
