They know nothing about diversity. Handled workplace conflict poorly. - Lack of support for employee. There's a mindset of "figure it out on your own" in an environment with a poor process and structure - Lack of transparency and communication - I don't understand how PTC won "Best place to work." There is no work/life balance here. Everyone in the company chooses to work a lot.
