      • Generally speaking PTC is a great corporate family with great people ready and willing to work together • Global company with options for flexible living and working between telecommuting and required travel • Market leading technology with a great position, direction, and set of ecosystem partners • Great, unique vision - with the ability to deliver - around digital thread for industrial companies

      • Extremely limited growth and investment in technical sales teams required to support continuously growing number of internal and external stakeholders and initiatives • Unchecked and increasing pressure on key areas of the business (technical, expertise, delivery) with processes having very limited notion of resource availability and capacity • Lack of internal processes and formalized matrix management makes required inter-department collaboration time-consuming and very difficult

      1. Good work from home policy. 2. Good number of leaves are available. 3. PTCU can help in career if you have passion. 4. They have great Products which can help in career.

      Cons

      1. Night shifts and late night shifts are bad for health 2. Appraisal and promotions are bad. For promotion they do not revise your salary. 3. All Senior Management is in US. So growth opportunity is less. 4. No customer facing or oversees travel possible. So customer exposure is low. 5. No Canteen and long work hours 6. Extremly low job security can get fired any day. You walk in the morning for normal days work and you could get fired without any notice. This is normal for PTC.
