      Not a bad company to work for

      Pros

      - some dept have good people! - executives supporting changes that are beneficial - cool technology to work with - the company is doing well! All time high stock price, moving to the city

      Cons

      - very biased with their hiring, all their interns are somehow related to upper managers and executives - many dept have horrible people/managers - their recruiting team is very old fashioned. Very horrible at following up with candidates, and very undiversified hires, and again VERY HORRIBLE AT FOLLOWING UP WITH CANDIDATES

      Barcelona is a great city so it's nice to work there Cool people to work with Nice office

      Company selling mature products so flat growth Bad managers who just results without taking time to make juniors become better Too much politics Low salaries

      Pros

      A place where innovation is encouraged. PTC doesn't like being static, so it's nice when they relook at everything and are open to making changes (for example, they got rid of reserved spots for the executives so everyone could park anywhere). I've liked my fellow employees here. Work-life balance has been made a priority as well, including the ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Moving HQ to the Seaportin 2019 is a mixed bag. For those of us living in the suburbs, the commute is going to be brutal.
