Great but Tough

Pros

PTC offers excellent career mobility, a ton of learning opportunities and a fantastic group of people to work with.

Cons

They don't see anything through to the end. Projects are often abandoned before completion simply because management decided to focus on something else. If you re not working on the shiny new toy of the month, your job will always be at risk.

Pros

Work life balance is the best thing when I would ever think of PTC. Good work environment.. Your work is always appreciated by higher authorities.

Cons

No technologically challenging work. Rare chances of getting good work at Pune office. Ample work life balance would soon turn you lazy and chances are you will loose touch with your technical skillsets. Irregular Appraisal cycles is highly demotivating. People who keep complaining and are only money oriented were rewarded few thousand $ shares. You won't get extra monitory rewards unless u always keep complaining. No onsite opportunity.
