Cons

Brilliant architects, programmers, coders, employees laid off. Folks who made PTC what it is today chucked out "to make the numbers". The product development company has been turned into a cutthroat service based culture. Their motto " pit employees/teams against each other in name of competition ". Growing nepotism and insecurity amongst management causing rapidly deteriorating work culture. Every man for himself. Question your management and you'll be put on the hit list for next cycle.
