- Onboarding is terrible, be prepared to get very little support outside of videos/articles
- Management never seems to know what is going on
- Many senior leaders have been leaving in the last 6 months
- Layoffs seem to be the norm here
- Communication to employees on updates are terrible or don't come. Lots of fluff emails instead.
- Constantly starting new innitatives that will get dropped as quickly as they started
- Teams not receptive to feedback or new ideas
- Each department is extremley siloed to the point its difficult to work together and hard to get people willing to help you find what you need.
- Documentation on processes and essential things to do your job don't exist
- Be prepare to spend months confused on what you should be doing and getting very little guidance.
