Pros
Great benefits. Individual contributors are generally good people. If you live in India, this is probably a great company for you.
Cons
Moving most positions to India. If you are US based stay away. They have layoffs every 6 - 12 months and have no problem eliminating top contributors. Plus they routinely underpay. Very old school in development and management practices. Talks a good game of modern agile development but uses waterfall in reality. Serious culture of blame which stifles creativity. CEO has his younger brother in charge of key initiatives and he is not qualified. The nepotism is extreme. CEO also has strong desire to stop most remote work and have everyone come into the office 2-3 days per week.
