      The benefits are generally good.

      Cons

      For those earlier in career it's important to be wary of discrepancies in salary and transparency especially from HR, which tends to do an extremely poor job in this area.

      Pros

      I've enjoyed working at PTC. I have made a lot of great friends over the years. The benefits are great, but the pay sucks.

      Cons

      They struggle with retention due to lack of internal promotions and poor salaries. I've seen many people have to make internal lateral (or sometimes external) to get a higher pay.
