      Pros

      - Good work life balance. You work hard, but they give adequate time for family and time off. - Very progressive. Inclusive to everyone regardless of age, sex, gender......diversity days and gender neutral bathrooms. Effort has been made to include everyone which was great. - Policies for everything which reduces gray areas. Good organizational governance.

      Cons

      - Pay is slightly below industry average - Company is bottom-heavy. The jump from senior director to VP is huge and rarely happens. - Be prepare to work here a long time before promotion.
