good salary rate, never did extra time, 9-5 shift, good benefits

Cons

Cumbersome architecture, so wide and so badly organized in comunication that is a real labirinth. It's a matter of chance according to department where you are destined. Licence management had huge problems, with years of "seasoning" behind, obsolete tools and no interest from management to do anything to improve.

Cons

Lot of Diversion and Context Switching makes a Chaos and issue for Work Life Balance. No Indian Taste of Fun and Food. Not Vibrant. I'll forgive them for one bad thing not writing here
