Avg employee age is low so the overall environment is good. You work amongst a young a competitive group of people.

Cons

Poor Management in India. No growth path for employees. Focus mainly on IOT other platforms ignored.

You live to work and not vise versa - life balance does not exist. The Manager, although smart and driven, dismissed lives of people around, made people work 14-16 hour days, weekends and holidays, was rude, arrogant and disrespectful, mocked and laughted at people. Very unfortunate environment for such an innovative company.
