      Good work life balance, dynamic place and business, employee care, quite diverse and inclusive, average payment ranges (in comparison to the local market)

      Cons

      Career progression is not so much encouraged(depending on the team), sometimes the business processes are quite chaotic, not easy to gain visibility in a natural way, room of improvement around benefits

      1. Overall good culture and people (there are some exceptions everywhere) 2. Flexible working hours and supports WFH. 3. Manageable workload. One does not need to slog late nights or on holidays. 4. Good stable products with focus on IOT.

      Cons

      1. Compensation needs to be adjusted to match market standards. 2. Slow Growth and solely based on your manager's biases. Zero intervention from HR/higher mgmt in this regards.
