      No clear directions. Executives hold much authority. Good place for Seniors, not Juniors.

      Pros

      - Within 6 months of joining, have been given ability to make significant impact & been financially compensated for the good work - Management within my group has been extremely receptive to implementing new, innovative ideas - Very cool, differentiable technology - Benefits - 20 Days PTO + Holidays; stock purchase plan is very favorable; other benefits like Health, Retirement Savings are in line with industry standards

      Cons

      - Severe lack of definition around 'who owns what', which create tons of confusion and lots of wasted time simply figuring out how to get simple things done - Way too much time spent in meetings (unless you actively decline like myself) - Busy times i.e., end of quarter get very busy due to extreme focus on short term financial results

      =Managers are very good and supportive. = Mentors will help you. = Waterloo team is too good

      Cons

      =I was a full-time employee with PTC but because of HR’s bad conduct/decision, PTC HR Pune took forcefully resignation without telling me the exact reason. =PTC HR Pune is so stringent and rude to give answers to forthcoming joiners and because of this freshers don’t ask questions/queries to HR and send a request to PTC’s employee and ask about the culture of PTC. =HR mislead the wrong meeting request =Withought involving your manager they can ask for resigning.. (Proofs are available) =Even you will not get the warning letter.
