      Good work/life balance, good people to work with, good perks

      Cons

      Pay is low. It is hard to get a significant raise unless you get promoted, but getting promoted is also not easy. You can put all your work in and still remain in the same position for more than years.. Work days can get stagnant.. You need to be constantly looking for work if you really want to work.
