A fast-paced, hardworking , professional and diverse culture. PTC has transformed into a leading IOT enterprise software company and the experience I have gained here has been truly awesome. Things move fast here and expectations are high but, well worth it!! Because of this, there are many opportunities to grow at PTC both professionally and personally.

Cons

Work-Life balance can be a challenge however, PTC is very flexible and results-oriented. You just need to be creative on finding that needed balance.

good salary flexible timings plenty of vacations/holidays good perks for performars

Cons

With so much flexibiliity, PTC has became like govt company. Quite slow with processes/operations.. management is thinking of fast forward, but leaf node managers are stagnants
