      Pros

      - new PTC products are cutting edge - work from home flexibility - good/affordable benefits - start with 30 days PTO (no carry over)

      Cons

      - compensation is below market value for a medium to large software company. - internal process for anything is a nightmare. - must have a minimum of 5-10 internal meetings to get simple tasks completed. - delivery of products and technical support is horrible - divisions work together, but only care about their own division's success rather than the company's success. leadership doesn't care if something fails or a client churns as long as it wasn't their division's fault for churning.

      Pros

      If you're in the right department, you can take advantage of the 4 week vacation policy. 12 week parental leave is great. The new Seaport office is a fun environment to work in. If you play your cards right and please the right people, it can achieve a good level of work-life balance at PTC.

      Cons

      Vision is clear...strategy and execution are not. Little time is spent on planning, everyone seems to be running around without really able to articulate where they're going or why. People who are promoted are positive, politically savvy, and exceptionally good at managing-up. Hardly any managers know how to develop their teams. Compensation is laughable compared to what neighbors in the Seaport pay. Also, the last few posts were clearly written by HR. 4 glowing reviews in a row with 5 stars...

      Very political environment where great talent is let go so "politicians" can give high positions to their unqualified cronies.
