Business Outlook
Pros
Interesting job, good balance, flexible schedule. A lot of smart people around. Conveniently located, good compensations, benefits etc. Gym, good food. All you can expect from a big company.
Cons
Permanent layoffs, like twice a year at least. Hard to understand the company direction which is also constantly changing. The CAD business is almost killed and IoT does not produce enough money so far. So the company future is quite unstable.
