Smartest, nicest, and best people I've ever worked with. Good amount of opportunity, fantastic products, and deep commitment to doing work well. Some openness to new ideas. A few great leaders. I've enjoyed my time here.
Cons
On June 4, the CEO wrote a prettily-worded blog about opportunity for all. Blog is public. Read it. One week later *to the day* he elevated yet another white male to the leadership team. In my opinion, the astonishing tone-deafness exhibited by the timing of this promotion gives me reason to question - sharply - the CEO's avowal of '...doubling down on our commitment to diversity and inclusion...' I am not a white male and I feel that nothing at all has changed. Make a donation, write a few words, and ... business as usual!
