      Pros

      - Smart, experienced colleagues in global services and sales - Work is primarily to objectives - very little micro management - Some great products with decades of intelligence, technology and experience built into the solutions

      Cons

      - Brain drain in progess - many great colleagues were laid off over the last few years and more recently, many are leaving - Title inflation - Excessive internal marketing to purport image of innovative culture - Compensation behind the market - Acquisitons since 2011 have failed to drive growth - Strategy changes monthly - Lower investment in CAD and PLM core solutions is causing lack of competitiveness in market

      Pros

      PTC is a great place to work. It is full of constant challenges and and an evolving strategy that never leaves you in one place too long. I enjoy the changes and like to move into different product and solution areas.

      Cons

      From the north shore, its quite a ride down 128 to get to the Needham office. On average, the commute is well over an hour. It was a lot nicer when they still had a Bedford office which was much easier to commute to.
