      Smart, hard-working people. Leaders embrace change. Good flexibility for people who are self-motivated. Good PTO. Upward mobility for strong performers.

      Cons

      Lags a little in competitive compensation compared to peer companies. Some convoluted processes. Aggressive public company that grows and needs to RIF/re-org not infrequently.

      Great flexibility, generous PTO policies, and a challenging and exciting business with a ton of incredibly smart and fun people!

      Cons

      Can be a little bureaucratic at times but with support of Senior Management we are working on making it less so!
