      Pros

      Early adopters of Agile methodology. Flexible work environment. Option to work home once or twice a week and during emergencies is great!

      Cons

      Have not been entirely up to date with adopting the latest technologies. Somewhere along the way this has entirely fallen off the radar. Too many acquisitions in the past few years. Don't see a clear goal for the future.
